FACTS - Newsletter
- The Newsletter of the NFB of Nebraska was first published sometime in late 1975 and was titled simply "BULLETIN".
- In 1976 there was a competition to name our state newsletter. Dick Zlab's entry was selected and our newsletter was named "News From Blind Nebraskans".
- Regular publication of "News From Blind Nebraskans" began in 1976. Edditions were published on a regular basis until 2002 when a gap in publication occured.
- The Newsletter was once again revived in 2008. Again there was a competition to name the newsletter and the winning entry was The Nebraska Independent.
