May this be a happy and healthy Autumn for our Nebraska affiliate. One potential activity to engage in and is guaranteed to improve the life of writers and readers of poetry and fiction short stories, is for all writers to start working on a submission to the 2010 NFB Writers’ division writing contest. There is a section for youth (to promote Braille literacy) and a section for adults. Attached to this message is a short notice concerning the 2010 contest (opening January first) and I would be very appreciative if you would get a copy out to your affiliate members. The notice would fit nicely into an up coming newsletter or would work well if pasted into an email message and sent out across your state.
